About Pean Villa
A family retreat, opening January 2027
Pean Villa is a private retreat in Lubao, Pampanga, from the family behind Pean Integrated School of Parañaque. Set on 2,000 square meters of open land, it opens in January 2027 as a place for families and friends to slow down and spend time together.
Your group has the whole villa to itself, for a day visit or an overnight stay. It’s made for family reunions, barkada trips, company outings, birthdays and other celebrations.
Swim in the 100 sqm pool, play basketball, volleyball or pickleball on the multipurpose court, shoot some billiards, sing videoke, and end the day with a cookout in the dirty kitchen. Four bedrooms, each sleeping up to 8 guests, give everyone a place to rest.
The name Pean comes from the school’s founder, who heard the voices of children as a song of joy and praise. That shared joy is what we hope every guest feels here: Relax. Enjoy. Together.
