Before you book
We want every group to have a relaxing, safe and enjoyable stay. Please read these policies before booking. By confirming a reservation, you agree to them on behalf of everyone in your group.
Booking policy
Reservation and deposit
- Pean Villa is booked exclusively. Your group has the whole villa during your stay.
- A 50% reservation deposit is required within 48 hours of our booking confirmation to secure your date. Unpaid dates are released to other guests.
- The remaining balance is due on or before check-in.
- Please send your proof of payment by email to inquiries@peanvilla.com or on Facebook Messenger, with the guest name and booking date.
Payment methods
- GCash
- Bank transfer
- Our account details are sent only with your booking confirmation. Please pay only to the accounts we send you directly, and never to anyone else claiming to represent Pean Villa.
Security deposit
- A refundable security deposit of ₱5,000 is collected at check-in.
- It is returned in full after the villa is inspected at check-out, less any charges for damage, missing items, excess cleaning or rule violations.
Cancellation and rebooking
- The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
- You may rebook once at no charge if you tell us at least 7 days before your stay. The new date must be within 3 months of the original date and is subject to availability.
- Cancellations or rebooking requests made less than 7 days before your stay forfeit the deposit.
- If a typhoon signal, government order or other emergency prevents your stay, you may rebook to another available date at no charge.
Check-in and check-out
- Day use: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overnight: check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 NN the next day
- Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may have an extra charge.
- Please present a valid ID at check-in.
House rules
Guests and visitors
- Only the number of guests stated in your booking may stay. Additional guests need our approval and may have an extra fee.
- Visitors who are not in your booking must be cleared with us in advance and count toward your guest total.
- The person who made the booking is responsible for the conduct of everyone in the group.
Food, drinks and corkage
- No corkage fee. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
- Outside caterers and event suppliers are allowed with advance notice.
- Please drink responsibly. No glass bottles or glassware in the pool area.
Noise and videoke
- Videoke and amplified music are allowed until 10:00 PM.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for our neighbors.
Swimming pool
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool.
- Pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Proper swimwear only. Please rinse off before swimming.
- No diving, running or rough play around the pool.
- No food, glass or alcohol in the water. Guests who are intoxicated should not swim.
Pets
- Pets are allowed with prior approval only. Please tell us when you book.
- Pets must be leashed or supervised, are not allowed in the pool or on beds, and owners must clean up after them.
General
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
- Illegal drugs, firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Please turn off air conditioning, lights and appliances when not in use.
- Use the dirty kitchen and griller only in their designated area, and make sure fires are fully out after use.
- Please sort and bag your trash before check-out.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the villa and its furnishings.
- Pean Villa is not responsible for lost or left-behind personal belongings, or for injuries caused by guests ignoring these rules.
- We may end a stay without refund if these rules are seriously or repeatedly broken.
