A private events place in Lubao, Pampanga
Birthdays, debuts, christenings, anniversaries and reunions for up to 80 guests. Your group has the whole villa for 9 hours, and you can bring your own caterer and stylist with no corkage or supplier fees.
The venue
Your guests can use the whole property: the 100 sqm pool (3 to 7 feet deep), the multipurpose court for basketball, volleyball and pickleball, billiards, the videoke room, the indoor kitchen and dining area, and the dirty kitchen with griller for your caterer. The villa sits on 2,000 square meters of land in Sto. Cristo, Lubao.

What’s included
- 9 hours of exclusive use: 8 AM – 5 PM or 1 PM – 10 PM
- Pool, multipurpose court, billiards, videoke, kitchen and dirty kitchen
- Setup and pack-up are part of your 9 hours: caterers and stylists can use up to the first 2 hours to set up, and everyone leaves by the end of your time slot
- No corkage and no supplier fees
Add-ons
- Stay overnight after your event: +₱10,000, for up to 32 guests, check-out 12 NN
- Extra hour: ₱1,500 per hour, within the 10 PM limit
Planning your event
Suppliers
- Bring any caterer, stylist or host you like.
- Tables and chairs are not provided. Please rent them through your caterer or event supplier.
- Bring your own sound system. The videoke room is available to your guests.
Good to know
- All events, music and videoke end by 10:00 PM.
- Parking is for about 10 cars, and buses and coasters can enter the gate. For bigger groups, a coaster or shuttle van is easiest.
- The villa has 2 common restrooms. For 61 to 80 guests, the package includes one rented portable toilet.
- If it rains, our covered areas fit about 30 people. For bigger events, ask your supplier about a tent.

- Your date is only reserved once we confirm it in writing.
- Deposits and cancellations follow our House Rules & Booking Policy.
